From recent experience the dealership won't do anything, not because they don't want to it's because Honda won't let them.

Or more accurately Honda won't pay for any warranty replacement unless the you or the dealership can prove there is a fault.

The reason my starting issue took so long was that the dealership could prove it was faulty but Honda wouldn't do anything without a fault code, which it wasn't showing.

Allegedly the screen fault Is due to extreme temperature changes, I wouldn't call the UK extreme, but my bike lives outside, and we had just had the first sub zero night of the year.

Thanks for both of your replies, I’m sure if numbers of failures continue to rise then Honda’s obligations are to replace/fix said items.
Note to self : must get out more and get some mileage on!!

    Good News.

So the NT has been sat outside and undercover for the last 3 sub-zero days.

Brushed 3 inches of snow off it this morning and it started first time and the touch screen works.
