Carcassone 2024

 Hi all, my wife, myself, a friend and his wife are p,anning a trip to Carcassone next year.

We are looking for accommodation for the four of us and safe parking for our 2 bikes.

Can anyone recommend a property or a rental company to hire a property off.

I would prefer a house, min 2 bedroom. Pool not essential,  but would be nice.

We're taking a week to do each journey there and back, and a week in and around the Carcassone area.

Any extra info would very helpful.

Me and my family stayed in Carcasone last summer. We visited all the surroundings including  Lourdes ( intereresting may say).

We hired this appartment. Maybe the one in charge ( i think he is british) could help you.

take care of those roads if  do not use highways; but I recommend them anyhow.

They are full of villages and speed limits.

Thanks for the advice, we are getting use to the same situation here, going through many places now its a 20mph speed limit, very slow, but if everyone is doing the same speed its not a problem.

Untill you get some jerk in a bigger vehicle than yours and they try to intimidate you.

Any roads you recommend to ride, for twist/fun factor and the scenery.
