Wondered if anyone can HELP, I'm new to this bike and getting used to it, however, the TFT screen does not accept touchscreen ( the switch gear works fine ) I have it booked into Honda dealer to check next week after reading a few have had this issue, but I thought I would re-calibrate the screen just in case i've missed something, problem is  I can't work out how to get to the Initialise settings, to get to calibrate screen ???

    Any help appreciated

    Thanks

    Hi Silverfox.
    To initialise touchscreen:

    1. Go into menu of multifunction display. Pull back and hold page switch. See page 67 of owner's manual.

    2. Using the down arrow button go to Settings then press enter.

    3. Using the down arrow button go to Service then press enter.

    4. Using the down arrow button go to Initialise then press enter.

    5. Touchscreen Calibration then press enter. Pages 101 and 102 of the owner's manual.

    Good luck!

Thanks to Stoke NT,  followed instructions and got into Initialise Screen, however as the first dot appeared ready to touch, touching screen does not work / it's not recognising any touch.

Think TFT faulty ?  Booked into Honda Wednesday for diagnostic check, was informed that if it's not covered by warranty, there is a £95 charge for diagnostic.

Hope it's covered by warranty, should be it's only just turned 1 year old.

Will update after dealer visit, hopefully to help any other owner with similar issue.

That's worrying, why would it not be covered under warranty?

Hi all, update on Honda dealer visit to check out my TFT touch screen not working ( switches work fine )

Diagnostic completed and a report / warranty claim made re TFT screen. So awaiting response from Honda.  ( No charge for diagnostic ) so happy with dealer and result, so far !!.
For info, it seems that there are quite a few issues with the TFT screen on the NT1100 and Africa Twin, example mine and AT screen stays on after ignition switched off ??
Was informed that there might be a re- call by Honda, so wait and see, possibly software update ?.
